ParrotDog is an independent craft brewery founded in Wellington, New Zealand (not Australia), known for hop-forward beers including their flagship Bitterbitch IPA and BloodyDingo pale ale. The brewery remains independently owned by its founders Matt Kristofski, Matt Warner, and Matt Stevens, and operates a taproom in Lyall Bay, Wellington. Their beers are distributed in Australia but the company is New Zealand-based.
